For Shopee users who are new to ShopeePay, there are two ways how to load ShopeePay, including:

Via Cash In Payment

  1. Launch the Shopee app and log in.

  3. On the ShopeePay Cash In page, select the Cash In Value and click Payment.
  4. Select the Payment Method and click Confirm.
  5. Next, click Pay Now.
  6. Enter a valid email address for confirmation.

Then, return to the homepage to check your ShopeePay balance, which will immediately reflect. However, if your Cash In balance didn’t reflect within the day, contact Shopee Customer Service. For failed Cash In, provide your Transaction ID, which you can see under the Last Transactions.

Via Seller Balance

If you’re a Shopee Seller, you can also access the Seller Balance feature after activating your ShopeePay. It is like a separate wallet where all your sales will proceed, allowing you to track your profit and transfer funds on your ShopeePay wallet.   2. On the dashboard, click the ShopeePay wallet tab and tap Cash In.
  3. Select the Cash In Value and click Payment.
  4. Choose Seller Balance as the Payment Method and click Confirm.
  5. Then, return to the homepage to check if your ShopeePay balance reflects.
