There are many ways to cash in if you’ve run out of funds on your PayMaya account. So if you want to know how to cash in your PayMaya account, follow the steps below:
Via Self-Service Kiosks
- Launch the PayMaya app and log in.
- On the dashboard, click Cash In.
- Choose your preferred Kiosks such as eTap, Pay&Go, or TouchPay.
- Enter the amount your wish to cash in and click Continue.
- Visit the nearest location of your chosen Kiosk.
- On the service menu, click e-Money and choose PayMaya.
- Enter the 7-digit cash-in code and the amount you input earlier in the app.
- Insert the exact cash in the machine. If you have a change from your transaction, you’ll get a receipt with a change-receipt PIN, which you can use on your next cash-in transaction via Kiosks.
Via Debit/Credit Card
- Launch the PayMaya app and log in.
- On the dashboard, click Cash In.
- Select Using Credit or Debit Card on the options
- If you don’t have a saved card, click Using New Card.
- Provide the required fields.
- Select the amount for cash in and click Submit.
- Enter the One-Time-Pin (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number if your bank requires it.
- You’ll receive a confirmation via SMS stating a successful cash-in transaction. Then, check your PayMaya account to see your new balance.
Via Linked Bank Account
- Launch the PayMaya app and log in.
- On the dashboard, click Cash In.
- Select Bank Account on the options
- Choose a bank account to link.
- Input the amount to cash in and click Continue.
- Log in to your chosen bank account and click the source of funds.
- Enter the One-Time-Pin (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number if your bank requires it.
- You’ll receive a confirmation via SMS stating a successful cash-in transaction. Then, check your PayMaya account to see your new balance.
