Via GOMO App

  1. Launch the GOMO app on your mobile phone.
  2. On the dashboard, click Add more.
  3. Under the GOMO offers, select the promo you wish to purchase and click the Buy button.
  4. On the Payment Method page, select GCash as the source and click the Pay button.
  5. Log in to your GCash wallet.
  6. Enter the 6-digit authentication code (OTP) sent to your GCash-registered mobile number.
  7. Enter your 4-digit MPIN.
  8. Double-check the transaction details and click the Pay button to complete the transaction.
  9. Wait for the confirmation message indicating a successful transaction. Then, return to the GOMO app to check your load.

Via GOMO PH

  1. Visit the GOMO PH.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. On the homepage, click the Shop tab and Data Offers on the drop-down menu.
  4. Choose your preferred data promo and click the Buy button.
  5. Proceed to checkout and select GCash as the payment method.
  6. Log in to your GCash wallet.
  7. Enter the 6-digit authentication code (OTP) sent to your GCash-registered mobile number.
  8. Enter your 4-digit MPIN.
  9. Double-check the transaction details and click the Pay button to complete the transaction.
  10. Wait for the confirmation message indicating a successful transaction. Then, return to GOMO PH to check your load.

Via GCash App

  1. Launch the GCash app and log in to your wallet.
  2. On the dashboard, click GLife.
  3. Under Our GLife Partners, select GOMO.
  4. Log in to your account using your GOMO number and click Next.
  5. Enter your 6-digit PIN on GOMO.
  6.  Choose a load promo you wish to purchase and click the Buy button.
  7. To complete the purchase, click the Confirm & Pay with GCash button.
  8. Then, refresh the GOMO app to see if you successfully purchase a load. You’ll also receive a confirmation from GCash indicating a successful transaction.
