But if you’re a first-time job seeker, go to this link for the NBI Clearance online registration and application. Then, choose GCash as the payment method to get a reference number for your transaction. 

2. Log in to your GCash account.

Launch the GCash app and log in to your account. Ensure that you also have sufficient funds in your GCash wallet to proceed.

3. Click Pay Bills.

Once you’re login, click the Pay Bills button on the main dashboard.

4. Select Government and then NBI as the biller.

Next, select Government under the Biller Categories option. Then, scroll down or look for NBI on the search bar. 

5. Fill out the required details.

On the payment page, fill out the required details, including Reference Number, Contact Number, Amount, and Email Address (optional), and click Next.

6. Double-check the transaction details and confirm the payment.

Double-check the transaction details before hitting the Confirm button. Then, a confirmation screen will appear indicating payment received for NBI. You’ll also receive a confirmation via email if you provided one.

How to check the status of your NBI Clearance Appointment Schedule

The payment for NBI Clearance will be posted within 24 hours. So you can check if your NBI clearance has a Paid Status in the given period. But if not, report it to GCash immediately for assistance. And to check the status of your NBI Clearance appointment schedule, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the NBI Clearance website, where you performed the online application.
  2. Log in to your account using your username and password.
  3. Select Transactions on the upper left of the dashboard.
  4. Then, a Transactions page will appear with the details of your appointment. You’ll see that you have a Paid Status once you’ve settled the payment for NBI Clearance using GCash.

On the other hand, if you still have a Pending Status and the Payment Date is blank, it means you haven’t paid for your NBI Clearance, or the payment wasn’t posted yet.
