Here is how you can use the Palawan Express’s Online Padala feature to send money from your home to over 5000 Palawan Express branches nationwide. The process is simple, easy to follow, and takes only a few minutes before you can send cash to your loved ones.

How to send money through Palawan Express Online Padala

Step 1: Fill out the Send Money Form

  • Visit the Palawan Express Online Padala website. Go to the website and click “Proceed to Padala”. A pop-up box will appear with some reminders. Click “Continue”.
  • Fill out the necessary sender details, like mobile number, full name, date of birth, nationality, email address, and present address. Click “Next”.
  • Fill out the necessary transaction details, like the receiver’s full name and mobile number, your relationship with the receiver, the purpose of the transaction, and your selected payment option.
  • For the payment options, you can select from BDO, BPI, Coins.ph, or InstaPay.
  • Once you’ve selected a payment option, enter the amount you wish to send. A table will show you the principal amount and its corresponding transaction fee to show the total amount that you need to transfer. Click “Continue”.

The Online Padala feature has a minimum amount of transaction set at P1,000 and a maximum amount set at P5,000.

  • Review your transaction details on the next page. Tick the box if you agree with Palawan Express Pera Padala’s Terms & Conditions. Click “Continue”.
  • You will be redirected to directions on how to transfer the amount via your chosen payment option. DON’T close the Palawan Express transaction page.

Step 2: Transfer the principal amount and transaction fee via your chosen payment option

Via BDO

  • Open the BDO Mobile Banking app or visit the BDO Online Banking website, and log in to your account.
  • Click “Send Money” and select “To Any BDO Account”.
  • Fill out the required fields with the following details:

Amount: Principal amount + Transaction fee
Destination Account: 005048029827
Remarks: Shown on the page; serves as tracking number (ex. 0081NMR4G4700L)

  • Once the money transfer has been successfully done, go back to the Palawan Express transaction page and enter the Payment Reference Number to the designated field. Your Payment Reference Number is the last 8 digits of your BDO Reference Number. Click the “Mark as Paid” button.

Via BPI

  • Open the BPI Mobile app and log in to your account.
  • Click “Transfer Via QR”, and select “Scan QR” or “Import QR”.
  • Scan or import the QR shown on the Palawan Express transaction page.
  • Complete the required fields along with the following details:

Amount: Principal amount + Transaction fee
Remarks: Shown on the page, serves as tracking number (ex. 0081NK6AG8700K)

  • Once the money transfer has been successfully done, go back to the Palawan Express transaction page and enter the Payment Reference Number to the designated field. Your Payment Reference Number is the BPI Confirmation Number. Click the “Mark as Paid” button.

Via Coins.ph

  • Open the Coins.ph app or visit the Coins.ph website, and log in to your account.
  • Click “Send” and select “Send by Email/SMS/Facebook”.
  • Fill out the required fields with the following details:

Amount: Principal amount + Transaction fee
Mobile Number: 0917-847-1038
Remarks: Shown on the page; serves as tracking number (ex. 0081NK6AG8700K)

  • Once the money transfer has been successfully done, visit “History” and take note of the first 9 digits of the Send transaction. This will be your Payment Reference Number.
  • Go back to the Palawan Express transaction page and enter the Payment Reference Number to the designated field. Click the “Mark as Paid” button.

Via InstaPay

  • Open and log in to your selected app or website that supports InstaPay.
  • Proceed to the app/website’s Send Money feature via InstaPay
  • Fill out the required fields with the following details:

Amount: Principal amount + Transaction fee
Bank: BDO Unibank Inc. or BDO
Destination Account: 005048029827
Account Name: Palawan Express Online Padala

  • Once the money transfer has been successfully done, go back to the Palawan Express transaction page and enter the Payment Reference Number to the designated field. Your Payment Reference Number is the last 5 digits of your Account Number. Click the “Mark as Paid” button.

Step 3: Complete the transaction.

  • After marking the transfer as PAID, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number for extra verification. Enter the 4-digit OTP and click “Submit”.
  • Your transaction has now successfully processed. You and your receiver will receive an SMS containing the Transaction Code. Your receiver will use this Transaction Code to claim the sent amount at any Palawan Express branch.
