LBC Express Tracking

When someone needs to send a package across the country, the term “LBC” usually comes to mind. It is short for LBC Express, Inc., which is a leading courier company based in the Philippines. Aside from sending documents and packages, LBC provides money transfer and bills payment services. Indeed, it is a trusted name when it comes to these services!

What is LBC Express Tracking?

At present, LBC has more than 1,400 nationwide, and has over 6,400 locations, partners, and agents in more than 30 countries worldwide. If you are based in Dubai, for example, you can trust LBC to send a “balikbayan box” to your loved ones back home. But how can you make sure that your package is on its way? This is where LBC’s express tracking comes in.

Every LBC packages comes with a tracking number, which is indicated on the lower left side of your official receipt, just below the bar code. For domestic packages, the tracking number typically consists of 12 to 17 digits. Meanwhile, for international packages, the tracking number usually contains 5 digits.

If you are wondering where your package is, you can access LBC’s “Track and Trace” feature at https://www.lbcexpress.com/bn/track. Simply enter the tracking number in the search box, then click “Track.” The status of your package will appear on screen. You will also be given the option to receive tracking updates via Facebook Messenger.

How Long is the Delivery Time?

As for delivery time, this would depend on several factors. When sending a package from Metro Manila, for example, the delivery lead time is 1-2 days for North/South Luzon, 2-5 days for Visayas, and 3-6 days for Mindanao destinations. On the other hand, international packages have a lead time of around 3-5 business days.

What is LBC COD/COP?

If you happen to be an online seller or business owner, you can take advantage of LBC’s “Cash on Delivery” (COD) or “Cash on Pick Up” (COP) option. This feature enables sellers to send products and collect cash payments from their customers.

Below is a quick rundown of how LBC’s COD/COP feature works.

Cash on Delivery

  1. Seller drops off item at any LBC branch, fills out the form, and pays the fee. He/She needs to provide the amount to be collected, bank details (optional), and customer’s details.
  2. As soon as the item has been delivered and paid for, the seller will receive an SMS notification about the successful delivery and transaction.
  3. The seller can obtain his/her payment in cash at the LBC branch, or have it deposited to his/her bank account (optional). That’s it!

Cash on Pick Up

  1. Seller drops off item at any LBC branch, fills out the form, and pays the fee. He/She needs to provide the amount to be collected, bank details (optional), customer’s details, and the branch where the item will be picked up.
  2. The customer will receive an SMS notification when the item is ready for pick up.
  3. The seller will receive an SMS notification once the item has been picked up and paid for.
  4. The seller can obtain his/her payment in cash at the LBC branch, or have it deposited to his/her bank account (optional). That’s it!

LBC Shipping Rates

LBC’s shipping rates would depend on several factors, as well. These include product type (e.g. whether you’re sending cargo or documents), place of origin, destination, package weight, declared value, and whether you’re availing of the COD/COP option. All of these factors are considered in the computation of the LBC shipping rate for your package.
