GCash Pera Oultet (PO) is a program offered to merchants or establishments, giving accreditation to conduct all GCash transactions. It is catered for small to medium business owners such as sari-sari stores and mini-groceries, allowing the delivery of GCash services, including Cash In, Cash Out, Padala, Pay Bills, Buy Load, and Pay QR.
While offering GCash services is accessible by fully verified GCash users, it is encouraged to get an accreditation to protect your e-wallet and provide more services that only GCash Partner Outlets (GPO) can offer. In addition, having a GCash PO comes with different benefits, such as earning commission from specific transactions.

How to apply for GCash PO?
Now that you know what is a GCash PO and wondering how to apply, follow the steps below:
- Launch the GCash app and log in.
- On the dashboard, click GCash PO on the business services.
- Apply using your GCash account and fill out the application form. Provide the details of your store.
- Upload a front photo of the store with the applicant. Ensure the entire store and the name signage are in the image, if available.
- Attach the business requirements, including Barangay Permit, DTI Registration, and Mayor’s Permit. If the stated business documents are not available, you have 30 days to comply. Nonetheless, failure to provide the required business documents will result in the suspension of your GPO account.
- Review your information and submitted documents and click Submit.
- On the GCash PO main page, click Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Module to complete your application since it is a BSP requirement.
- Watch the AML video and answer the short exam to finish your GCash PO application and get AML Certified. If failed, you have unlimited tries until you pass. You need to get an 11/15 correct answer to pass the exam.
- After the application, you need to wait for 5-7 business days to receive notification if you’re rejected or approved for GCash PO.
How to use GCash PO services?
Once you’re a certified GCash PO, here are the following services you can offer to your customers to earn additional income.
Pay Bills
- Launch the GCash app and look for the GCash Pera Outlet.
- On the GCash Pera Outlet page, click Pay Bills.
- Search for the category of the biller or search the biller’s name.
- Fill out the transaction details of the billing.
- Let the customer review the details and click submit. Make sure to collect the customer’s payment before confirming the transaction, including the P5 charge per transaction and additional charges from the biller.
- Show the e-receipt to the customer.
Claim Padala
- Launch the GCash app and look for the GCash Pera Outlet.
- On the GCash Pera Outlet page, click Claim Padala.
- Request a valid ID from the customer and fill out the transaction details.
- Let the customer review the details and ask for their signature.
- Next, take a picture of the customer’s signature using the GCash app.
- Let the customer double-check the details and click Submit.
- Show the e-receipt to the customer.
- Then, give the total claim amount to the customer.
Pa-Cash Out
- Launch the GCash app and look for the GCash Pera Outlet.
- On the GCash Pera Outlet page, click Pa-Cash Out.
- Enter the cash-out amount and the customer’s GCash mobile number.
- Let the customer review the details and click Submit. Also, the customer’s Gcash wallet will have a 2% charge.
- Show the e-receipt to the customer.
- Then, give the total cash-out amount to the customer.
Pa-Cash In
- Launch the GCash app and look for the GCash Pera Outlet.
- On the GCash Pera Outlet page, click Pa-Cash In.
- Enter the customer’s preferred cash-in amount and GCash Number.
- Let the customer review the details and click Submit. Collect the customer’s payment before confirming the transaction, including the 1% charge per transaction.
- Show the e-receipt to the customer.
- Let the customer check the GCash account to see if the cash-in amount is in the wallet balance.
