Regular

There are two ways to book a ticket with Five Star Bus Company. The first option is to call their hotline at 09759735497 for bookings and inquiries. According to the Five Star Bus Facebook post, you can also book a ticket online with PinoyTravel. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://www.pinoytravel.com.ph/.
  2. Enter your Origin and Destination.
  3. Choose your Trip Date on the drop-down calendar.
  4. Click the Search button.
  5. Select your preferred Departure time on the available results for Five Star as the operator.
  6. Click the Book Seats button to continue.
  7. Enter the number of Seats and click Calculate to see the Total Base Fare. Then, click Continue.
  8. Fill out the required fields on the Guest Details, such as Email Address and Mobile Number.
  9. Double-check the Trip Reservation Details.
  10. Next, select your preferred seat based on the bus seating configuration.
  11. Provide the Passenger(s) details, including Full Name, Gender, and Age. Then click Continue.
  12. Read the pop-up note saying your book will expire after 12 hours.
  13. Choose the available Payment Option.
  14. Review the Trip Reservation Details. Also, fees may apply to the total amount due.
  15. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Continue with Payment.
  16. Follow the payment instructions to proceed. Make sure to pay it within 12 hours.
  17. Check your email address for the Trip Voucher from Five Star.
  18. Afterward, print the Trip Voucher and bring it on your travel date as proof of confirmed booking.
