How to send money to Palawan Express using 7/11

Send Money via the CLiQQ machine

  1. Go to your nearest 7-Eleven convenience store, and proceed to the CLiQQ machine.
  2. From the CLiQQ machine dashboard, choose Palawan Express Pera Padala.
  3. Enter the necessary personal details like your name and mobile number, and your receiver’s name and mobile number.
  4. Enter the exact amount you wish to send. 
  5. Confirm that all of your inputted details are correct, then tap “Next”.
  6. The machine will now print your payment slip which includes your generated 7-Connect barcode.
  7. Retrieve the payment slip and present it to the 7-Eleven cashier for scanning. The cashier may require a valid ID to proceed with the transaction.
  8. Pay the amount you wish to send plus the additional service fee as shown in the payment slip.
  9. Send the reference number written in your receipt to your receiver which they will use to remit the money at a Palawan Express Pera Padala branch or remittance partner.

Via the CLiQQ Mobile App (available in Android and iOS)

  1. Open the CLiQQ app on your mobile phone.
  2. From the dashboard, tap on the “Pera Padala” feature.
  3. If you haven’t yet, complete the one-time identity verification to start using the Pera Padala feature. The identity verification requires inputting some of your personal details like name, address, the primary ID you use, and your source of income. The whole verification process takes about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Once you have completed the identity verification, you can now send money through Pera Padala. In the next window, enter the exact amount you wish to send.
  5. Choose Palawan Express Pera Padala as your cash-out center.
  6. Enter the receiver’s details like name, mobile number, relationship with the sender, and the purpose of the transaction.
  7. Confirm that all of your inputted details are correct, then tap “Proceed”.
  8. The app will now generate your 7-Connect barcode. Go to the nearest 7-Eleven convenience store for scanning.
  9. Present the 7-Connect barcode to the cashier. The cashier may require a valid ID to proceed with the transaction.
  10. Pay the amount you wish to send plus the additional service fee as shown on the app.
  11. Send the reference number written in your receipt to your receiver which they will use to remit the money at a Palawan Express Pera Padala branch or remittance partner.

What are the different terms and conditions of this service?

  • Palawan Express money sending is available in select 7-Eleven branches nationwide only.
  • 7-Eleven can only do money sending transactions, and no payout is available. Money remittance must be done at a Palawan Express Pera Padala branch or other remittance partners like LBC, SM Malls, and Robinsons Department Stores.
  • Cancellation of the transaction or any changes to the transaction details cannot be done at the 7-Eleven branch. The sender must proceed to the nearest Palawan Express branch for any changes to the transaction. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID and a copy of the issued transaction receipt.
  • There is a maximum of P2,500 per transaction and a maximum of P5,000 per sender per day set at each 7-Eleven branch.
  • There is also a maximum of 3 transactions per sender per day, regardless of whether or not the total remittance is less than P5,000.
